A: You can purchase the bus ticket up to 28 days in advance.
A: You can choose the date and trip firstly and then select the seat yourself. After making the payment by KBZPay within the application, you can screenshot the E-ticket or check the E-ticket in the ‘My Bookings’ tab.
A: You can buy with your mobile phone number if you don’t have E-mail.
A: When you select the seat, this will be blocked for 10 minutes.
A: The E-ticket is issued immediately after making the payment and sent to your phone as SMS and Email address that you provided. Additionally, you can check the purchased E-ticket under ‘My Bookings’ tab in the Shwe Mandalar Express Mini App.
A: If you don’t get the E-ticket download link after the payment, you must contact Customer Support Hotline number 092228735, 095042644, 09420720058, 09760410430, 09459395553. Additionally, you can check the purchased E-ticket under ‘My Bookings’ tab in the Shwe Mandalar Express Mini App.
A: You can download the ticket again by clicking the download link that we sent from SMS and Email. If you didn’t receive SMS, you can find the ticket by going the ‘My Bookings’ tab in Shwe Mandalar Mini App.
A: It is not required to print the E-ticket. You can download the ticket via E-mail or SMS of download link. Additionally, you can check the purchased E-ticket under ‘My Bookings’ tab in the Shwe Mandalar Express Mini App. Ticket is also available to print when it is necessary.

A: You just need to provide the E-ticket at the Bus Station along with your NRC.

A: We will not refund for the cancelled tickets. All purchased tickets are not refundable or exchangeable.
A: Only if the bus is canceled due to weather conditions, force majeure or natural disaster, it will be refundable. Otherwise all tickets are not refundable.
